Tecn.A., in over 30 years of experience in the field of INDUSTRIAL WATER TREATMENT, has developed a thorough knowledge of the problems of pollution of industrial discharges and the related waste water treatment processes.
INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER PROCESSES
The chemical-physical waste water treatment processes are aimed at precipitating the pollutants present in the water to be purified, in the form of insoluble salts such as hydroxides which, separated from the water, are disposed of as sludge after dehydration in a press filter.
Organic substances and surfactants can be demolished (up to 90%) by the Fenton oxidation process, by breaking the long molecular chains with the OH* radical produced by the reaction between hydrogen peroxide and ferrous ions.
LAMELLAR DECANTERS
To obtain the separation of the sludge produced by the chemical process from clear water, Tecn.A. uses lamellar decanters which offer a high decanting surface in reduced overall dimensions.
